Flying Probe Test
QCG provides in-house Flying Probe Test and supports both developing test procedures as well as implementing existing
programs. As part of our continuing improvement, QCG has developed new software and techniques to reduce the amount of
time necessary to program and debug tests.
Flying Probe Test combined with strategic boundary scan and/or functional test can eliminate the need for expensive ICT
bed of nails test fixtures.
Full automation solutions for hardware test and validation, including test procedure generation (LabView, Windows, UNIX
and Linux Platforms). Our engineers work with you to develop test fixtures for both unit and system level applications for
in-house verification of assembled products. Or, if you have your own test already developed QCG can integrate the test
into the production route.
JTAG IEEE Boundary Scan Test 1149.1 and IEEE 1149.4. Let us evaluate your schematic to assist you in developing an
efficient boundary scan test. Reduce or eliminate the need for test points that can negatively affect signal integrity on high

Customer Engineering Area
Our in-house customer engineering area features multiple segregated work spaces with ESD safe test benches,
compressed air hookups, 110V/220V power, easy roof access for satellite or antenna connection, internet and phone access
as well as extra monitors for connecting laptops and PC's. The workspace also has quick access to Xray, Ersascope,
rework and a Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control area.
